2. Booking and Payment
Booking: To book our moving services, clients must complete a booking process, which may include providing specific details about the move, such as the type of service required, date, and location.
Deposit: A deposit may be required to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of the services provided. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Payment: The full payment is due on or before the completion of services. Payment can be made via the methods outlined during booking, including credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as accepted by us.
Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled moving date for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Client Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your move, including the type and quantity of items being moved, access details, and any special requirements.
Access and Parking: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the moving location has proper access for our vehicles, including parking permits, loading zones, or any specific requirements for access to your property.
Items We Cannot Move: For safety reasons, we do not move hazardous materials, animals, or items that are illegal to transport. A list of prohibited items will be provided during the booking process.
Special Requests: If you have any specific requests, such as handling fragile items, please inform us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.
4. Service Delivery
Timeliness: We strive to complete all moves as scheduled. However, external factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to resolve any delays.
Handling of Items: We will handle your items with care, but we are not liable for damage caused by items that were improperly packed or insufficiently secured. The client is responsible for ensuring items are properly packed and ready for transport before our team arrives.
Insurance: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of your belongings, we recommend that clients consider purchasing insurance for additional protection during the move. We offer basic coverage, but additional moving insurance may be needed for high-value or fragile items.
5. Limitation of Liability
Damages: We are not liable for any damage to items that were not packed by our team or items that were improperly prepared for transport.
Liability for Delays: We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from factors beyond our control, including adverse weather, road conditions, accidents, or other unforeseeable events.
Loss of Items: In the unlikely event that items are lost during transport, we will make every reasonable effort to locate them. Our liability is limited to the value of the items based on the replacement cost at the time of the move.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to facilitate your moving services.
7. Intellectual Property
